AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2526 - Described as that part of the W 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4,
Section 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, beginning 330.33 feet West and 30 feet South of the
Northeast corner of said W 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence West 120.0
feet; thence South 144.87 feet; thence East 120.0 feet; thence North 144.87
feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.399 acres, more or less, from
"A" One - family to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Z -2519 - Described as Lot "A ", Warings Replat of Block 19, Bellevue
Addition, and closed Fourth Street, from "A" One - family to "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Z -2520 - Described as Tract 8, Hopson and Sach's Suburban Tracts, from
"A" One- family to "F" Commercial District.
Z -2522 - Described as all that part of the E 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying
North of the Arkansas State Highway 410, which is described as beginning at the
point where the East line of said Section 19 intersects the North right -of -way
of said Highway 410, and run thence North 126 feet, more or less, to the
Northeast corner of said Section 19, thence West 330 feet; thence South 16 feet,
more or less, to the North line of said Highway #10; thence in a Southeasterly
direction along the North right -of -way line of said Highway 410 to the point of
beginning, from "A" One - family to "F" Commercial District.
Z -2524 - Described as Lot 5, Block 6, Intercity Addition, from "B" Residence
to "I" Light Industrial District.

Z -2506 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, Section 8, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said NW 1/4, Section 8, T -1 -N, R -11 -W; thence run West along
the centerline of Fourche Dam Pike a distance of 1117.7 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue along Fourche Dam Pike South 850 42' West a distance

ansas, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
corner of Section 8; thence North 0° 20' 00" West, 1,320.5 feet along the West
line of Section 8; thence North 88° 49' 20" East, 325.1 feet; thence South
00 12' 20" East, 1329.0 feet to the South line of Section 8; thence continue
South 0° 12' 20" East, 276.4 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line
of East Roosevelt Road; thence North 89° 37' 40" West, 321.3 feet along said
North right -of -way line; thence North 00 20' 00" West, 276.6 feet along the
West line of Section 17 to the point of beginning and containing 11.9 acres,
more or less, from "A" One- family to "I" Light Industrial District.
Z -2508 - Described as Lots 4 through 9, Block 175, John Barrow Addition,
from "B" Residence to "MF 24" Multi - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
