AN ORDINANCE VACATING, CLOSING AND ABANDONING
THE WEST 458.80 FEET OF WHITE ROCK LANE, LYING
NORTH AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 3 & 4, DUNCAN'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, after due notices, the Board of Directors has,
at the time and in the place mentioned in the notice, heard
all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has ascer-
tained that the street described as the West 458.80 feet of
White Rock Lane, lying North and adjacent to Lots 3 & 4, Duncan's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is not now needed
as a public street and that the public interest will not be
adversely affected by the abandonment of such street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has determined that it is
in the best interest of the public generally for the said street
to be vacated, closed and abandoned; and
WHEREAS, alternate and equally desirable access will be
provided to all abutting properties to said street or properties
served by it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock under its authority
and powers including those set forth in Section 19 -2304, Arkansas
Statutes, annotated 1947, herein vacates, closes and abandons
the West 458.80 feet of White Rock Lane, lying North and adjacent
to Lots 3 & 4, Duncan's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas and recorded in -the deed records of
said County.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
