12555ORDINANCE NO. 12,555 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $32,159.00 TO FUND THE COST OF REMOVING SPOIL MATERIAL FROM THE AUDITORIUM PARKING GARAGE PROJECT TO THE CITY'S SANITARY LANDFILL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un- expended balance of the General Fund and the City Manager is authorized to expend the sum of $32,159.00 to fund the cost of transporting all spoil material necessary to be relocated according to the contract heretofore let by this Board of Directors for the construction of the underground auditorium parking facility immediately East of the Municipal Auditorium and between Markham and Garland Streets. The said spoil material herein referred to is to be transported to the present sanitary landfill in use by the City of Little Rock at 38th and Chester Streets. SECTION 2.
