AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection Via) - Z -2512 - Described as Lot 5, Bank's
Subdivision of Block 6, Howard Adams of E2 NW'k NE'k Section 6, T -1 -N, R -12 -W
From: "B "- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2514 - Described as Lots 4, 5, 6,
Block 13, Mountain Park Addition. From: "A "- One - family District To: "E -1"
Quiet Business District except the south 25 feet thereof.
Subsection (c) - Z -2200 - Described as the west 200 feet
of t he east 215 feet of Lot 15, Howard Adams Subdivision of NW'k Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, From: "D "- Apartment District
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (d) -Z -2518 - Described as a tract of land
in SWk SWk of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, begin at a point
which is the northeast corner of SWk SWk Section 35; thence run south 429.35
feet to the point; thence run south 88° 22" west 408.8 feet to a point; thence
south 88° 22' west 493.55 feet to the point of beginning of described property;
thence south 3° 49' east 276.1 feet to a point; thence south 89° 09' west 98
feet to a point; thence north 1° 05' west 276.1 feet to a point; thence north

the south line of said SE's SE34 a distance of 520 feet; thence north 13° 30'
west a distance of 502 feet, thence south 70° west a distance of 453 feet,
thence south 1° 51' east a distance of 329.7 feet to the point of beginning,

of the northwest corner of NWk NEk, thence east along County Road (Forbing Road)
right -of -way 152.5 feet to the west right -of -way of U. S. Highway #67 -70;
thence southwesterly along said Right -of -way line 290.0 feet; thence north
247.0 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT a strip of land 25 feet in width parallel and

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
