AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 7800 ASHER AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Sec. 14
Z -2502 - Described as part of the SE'k SE'k, /T -1 -N, R -13 -W
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as beginning at a point
477.5 feet west of the northeast corner of said SE'k SE'k Section 14, thence
South 0° 00' 630.45 feet; thence South 89° 19' west 822.47 feet to the east
right-of-way of Potter Street; thence North OQ 00' 652.7 feet, along the east
right =of -way of Potter Street to the south right -of -way of 40th Street; thence
south 89° 08' east 822.5 feet along the south right -of -way of 40th Street to
the point of beginning, containing 12.15 acres more or less. From: "B "-
Residence District To: "MF 1211- Multi - family District.
And a part of the SE'k SE'k of Section 14, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as beginning at a point
477.5 feet west and 630.45 feet south of the northeast corner of said SEk
SE'k Section 14, thence South 0° 00' 338.55 feet to the north right -of -way
of the Old Hot Springs Highway, thence South 61° 49' west 478.4 feet along
the north right -of -way of the Old Hot Springs Highway, thence North 0° 03'
West 558.9 feet, thence north 89° 19' east,422.07 feet to t he point of
beginning, containing 4.4 acres more or less. From: "B "- Residence District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
