ORDINANCE NO. 12,534
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and it is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2487 - Described as Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block
300, Original City of Little Rock, from "G -1" Commercial District to "H"
Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2493 - Described as the East 40 feet of Lots
16, 17 and 18 of Block 3, Beech's Addition, from "B" Residence District to "D"
Apartment District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2467 - Described as the West 66.25 feet of
Lots 17 and 18, and the west 26.25 feet of the East Half of Lots 16, 17 and 18,
all in Block 3, Beech Addition, from "B" Residence District to "D" Apartment
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2496 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,
Block 6 of Lincoln Park Addition, from "B" Residence District to "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2490 - Described as part of the S 1/2 S 1/2
NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Commencing at the southeast corner of said
S 1/2 S 1/2 NW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 11; thence south 89° 52' west 30.0 feet to a
point on the west line of John Barrow Road; thence north along the west line of
said John Barrow Road 140 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue north
along the west line of said road 50.0 feet; thence south 89° 55' west 201.0 feet;
thence north 140 feet; thence south 89° 55' west 1081.42 feet to the northwest
corner of said S 1/2 S 1/2 NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence south 0° 15' west along the west
line of said S 1/2 S 1/2 NW 1/4 SW 1/4 330.85 feet to the southwest corner
thereof; thence north 89° 52' east along the south line of said S 1/2 S 1/2
NW 1/4 SW 1/4 1082.66 feet; thence north 140.10 feet; thence north 89° 55' east
201.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.448 acres, more or less; from
"A" One - family District to "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2477 - Described as Lots: 1 and 12, Block 2, .
Sidney J. Johnson's Addition, from "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial
District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43=2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section l hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
