AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THREE ARTICLES (ADMINISTRATION
AND GENERAL PROVISIONS, PLUMBING SECTION, AND GAS
PIPING SECTION) OF THE LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, MECHANICAL
CODE; REPEALING CHAPTER 30 OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF
ORDINANCES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Three articles (Administration and General Provisions,
Plumbing Section and Gas Piping Section) of the Code entitled the Little
Rock, Arkansas, Mechanical Code are hereby adopted by reference thereto,
pursuant to the authority of and in compliance with Arkansas Statutes
(1947) Annotated, Section 19 -2404, 2421 -2423.
SECTION 2. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Little Rock,
Arkansas, containing the present ordinances on plumbing and gas fitting,
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
