ORDINANCE NO. 12,524
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 -34 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES PERTAININ: TO THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
CHARGES AT MOUNT HOLLY CEMETERY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 10 -34 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining
to the annual maintenance charges at Mount Holly Cemetery is hereby
amended to read as follows: "There is hereby levied upon each lot
in Mount Holly Cemetery, an annual charge of six dollars for the
maintenance of the cemetery. Such sum must be paid between the first
day of August and the first day of December, of each year. If the
charge is not paid by the first day of December of each year, a
penalty of one dollar per lot, shall be added thereto, and a like
penalty of one dollar per lot shall be added for each year that
the charge shall remain unpaid.,,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from,and after its passage.
