ORDINANCE NO. 12.652
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY ]HE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2575 - Described as Lot 3, and the East
Half of Lot 4, Block 6, Deaf Mute Addition. From: "G -1 -" Commercial District
To: "H "- Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z- 2039 -A - Described as Tracts 2 -B and 2 -C
of Colony West Commercial Subdivision. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2577 - Described as a tract of land
located in the SE'k NWk NW'k Section 11, T- 1- N,R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the west line of
Tract "A" Eagle Commercial Subdivision No. 1 to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, 202.71 feet, south 0° 06' west of the northwest corner thereof;
thence south 0° 06' west along said west line 321.39 feet to the southwest
corner thereof, said corner being on the south line of SE'k NW'k NW'k said Section
11; thence north 89° 57' 30" west along said south line, 218.0 feet to a point
108 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence north 00 02' west, 321.35
feet; thence east 218.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing 70,166 square
feet or 1.6107 acres more or less. From: "A "- One - family District To: "F "-
Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2573 - Described as the south 160 feet of
the east 280 feet of Tract 5, Arnold's Highland Acres. From: "A "- One - family
District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2430 - Described as Lots 13 through 25,
inclusive, and Lots 90, 91, 92, 93, McClellan Place Addition. From: "MF 6"-
Multi- family District and "MF 12" Multi - family District To: "C "- Two - family
District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2529 - Described as Lots A and B of
Hansen's Replat of Lots 19 and 20, Block 2, Plateau Addition. From: "C " -Two-
family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for i n Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
