AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12,572
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS FOR 1972; CREATING
THE POSITION OF CLERK I WITHIN THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $7,248.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund and allocated
to the following budget account numbers in the amounts set
opposite each:
a) Administration and General Services $2,000.00
Travel Account No. 1 -605
b) Civil Service Account No. 7 -6.09 $1,650.00
c) Health Department Salary Account $3,598.00
for the position of Clerk I created
by this Ordinance
SECTION 2. There is hereby created an additional position
of Clerk I within the Health Department and the budget ordinance
of the City of Little Rock for 1972 is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
