ORDINANCE NO. 12,691
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2618 - Described as lots 1 through 7, Lots
32 through 38 and E2 of Lot 31, all in Mary Ann Addition. From: "B"
Residence District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2617 - Described as lots 3, 4, 5 of Block
420, Duvall's Addition. From: "E" Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2615 - Described as lots 3 and 4, Pine Hill
Subdivision. From: "A" one - family District To: "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2239 - Described as part of the NEk, NW's,
Section 23, T -1 -N, R -13 -W commencing at a point where the west line of said
NEk, NW'k, intersects the north right -of -way of State Hwy. 5; thence north-
easterly along said right -of -way 208 ft. to the point of beginning; then
northeasterly along said right -of -way 212 ft.; thence north parallel to
the west line of said NEk, NW'k, 305 ft.; thence west, 211.3 ft.; thence
south 317 ft. to the point of beginning containing 1.51 acres more or less.
From: "C" Two - family District and "F" Commercial District To: "F"
Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2614 - Described as the south 200 feet of the
Ek, NEk, NE's, NEk, Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W. From: "A" One - family District
To: "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
