AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the property described below, having been
annexed to the City pursuant to Ordinance # 120692 , and classified
"A" Single Family pursuant to Section 43 -28 of the City Code of Ordinances,
is rezoned to "D" Apartment District, and legally described as follows:
The South HALF SE4 NE4 NE4, and the East Half of the
SW4 NE4 NE4 all in Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Beginning at the southeast corner of the NE4 NE4 said
Section 34, thence south 88° 25' 10" west, 1018.68 feet;
thence north 00° 12' 59' West, 681.06 feet; thence north
89° 06' 56" East, 328.90 feet; thence south 00° 19' 11"
east, 339.72, thence north 89° 00' 49" east, 686.95 feet;
thence south 00° 33' 54" east, 330.00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 10.405 acres more or less. (Also
known as Lot 1, Humphries Addition.)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
"District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
