AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING SECTION 43 -34 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Described as Blocks 1, except right -of -way
portion, 2,3, 4,5,6,7,8,72,73,74,75,76,77,78, and Lots 4,5,6,12 and East 1/2
of 11, Block 79, and Blocks 80,81 ,82,83,84,85,86,87,94,95,96,97, and Lots
1,2,3,10,11 and 12, Block 98, and Blocks 102,103,104,105, Original City of
Little Rock. From various zones to "M" Metrocentre District.
Subsection (b) - Described as Block 9, Lots 1 through 6 of

described as bounded on the north by the normal pool elevation of the Ark-
ansas River; on the east by the west right -of -way line of Interstate

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -34 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated
"District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
