ORDINANCE N0. 12,705
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2627 - Described as the south 2.5 ft. of Lot 4
and north 34 ft. of the west 66 ft. of Lot 5 and north 31 ft. of east 74 ft.
of Lot 5, all in Block 201, original city. From: "D" Apartment to "E -1"
Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2625 - Described as Lot "D ", Beeler's Addition.
From: "B" Residence District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2620 - Described as Lot 4, Block 4, Plateau
Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2081 - Described as beginning at a point 333 ft.
W and 30 ft. S of the NE corner of the NE'k NW'k NEk, Sec. 7, T -1 -N, R -12 -W,
said point on the S. side of the 12th St. Pike and on the E line of the Wk
of the NE'k NW'k NE'k of said Sec. 7, thence S along said E line 140 ft. to a
point, thence W 333 ft. to a point, thence N 140 ft. to a point on the S line
of the 12th St. Pike, thence E 333 ft. along the S line of the 12th St. Pike
to a point of beginning, except a strip of land off the E and W sides of the
above described property 20 ft. and 25 ft. respectively, which is reserved
for a street, according to deeds dated 5 -28 -27 and 10 -4 -45; and said strips
of land for said streets are hereby dedicated and deeded to the public for-

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
