AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 212 SOUTH RODNEY PARHAM ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1801 - Described as a part of the Nk of the SWk, NE'k of Section 2,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at a point where the south right -of -way line of West Markham Street
intersects the north and south center line of Section 2, and which starting
point is 45.6 feet south of the northwest corner of the SWk NE'k of Section 2;
thence east along the south right -of -way of said West Markham Street for
110.9 feet to the westerly right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road (formerly
Perryville Loop Road); thence in a southeasterly direction along the said
westerly right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road for 796.4 feet to the point
of beginning; thence southwesterly 237.5 feet to a point on the south line of
N'k, SWk,NE'k, Section 2; thence easterly 79.5 feet along said south line;
thence northeasterly 203.0 ft. to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of
Rodney Parham Road; thence northwesterly 71.0 ft. along said westerly right -of-
way line to the point of beginning; containing 0.36 acres more or less. AND:
Part of the SE'k of the SWk of the NE'k of Section 2; Township 1 North; Range 13
West; in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows
to -wit: Commencing at an iron pipe at the SW corner of SWk NE'k of said
Section 2; run thence S89 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 660.10 feet
to an iron pipe; run thence N 00 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 25.00
feet to an iron pipe on the north right -of -way line of West 5th Street, the
point of beginning of this description, from the point of beginning thus
established, run thence N 00 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 635.00
feet to an iron pipe; run thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes East a distance
of 165.00 feet to an iron pipe; run thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes West
a distance of 635.00 feet to an iron pipe on the north right -of -way line of
West 5th Street; run thence north 89 degrees 15 minutes west along said north
right -of -way line of West 5th Street a distance of 165.00 feet to the point
of beginning containing 2.40 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
