AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10300 AND 10400 BLOCKS WEST MARKHAM
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
y--- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1894 - Described as all of Blocks 16, 17, 33, 32 all in Sante
Fe Park Addition and that part of 15 and 34, Sante Fe Park Addition less and
except that part lying within Interstate 430 Highway right-of-way and that
part of Grove Street now closed lying adjacent to above described lands, from
"A" One - family District to "NY 6" Multi - family District, and all of Blocks 41
and 42, Sante Fe Park Addition from "A" One- family District to "MF 24" Multi-
family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
