AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2653 - Described as the north 2 of Lot 11,
Lot 12, Block 16, Fulton's Addition. From: "D" Apartment District to
"E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2648 - Described as Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block
323, original City. From: "C" Two - family District to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2645 - Described as the south k of Lot 9,
Block 341, original City. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District to "F"
Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2651 - Described as the south z of Lot 3,
all Lot 4, Block 24, Jones and Worthen's Addition. From: "E -1" Quiet
Business District to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2652 - Described as Lot 7 and the west 5
feet Lot 8, Block 8, Riffel and Rhoton's Addition. From: "B" Residence
to "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2647 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
Block 31, Cunningham's Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "F"
Commercial District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2640 - Described as Lots 3 through 6,
Block 15, Bellevue Addition. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District to "F"
Commercial District.
Subsection (h) - Z -2637 - Described as a tract of land lying
in the SE'k, NW4, Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 13 West; more par-
ticularly described as follows: beginning at a point which is 336 ft.
south and 290 ft. east of the northwest corner of SE'k, NW'k, Section 3,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West; thence north 273.85 ft. to a point which
is 30 ft. south of the centerline of West Markham Street pavement; thence
easterly along a line 30' south of said centerline 160 ft.; thence south

acres +. From: "A" One- family District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
