AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,626.26
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND TO BE USED FOR PAYING THE CITY'S SHARE OF
GENERAL ELECTION EXPENSES IN THE YEARS 1970 AND
1972; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $3,626.26 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be
used in payment to the Pulaski County Board of Election
Commissioners as the City's share of the 1970 and 1972
General Election expenses.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
