AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,685.19 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND AS THE CITYtS SHARE OF THE
ADMINISTRATION COSTS FOR THE THIRD YEAR ACTION PROGRAM;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance
of the General Fund the sum of Four Thousand, Six Hundred, Eighty --five and
19/100 ($4,685.19) dollars to be used for paying the City's share of the
administration costs (less in --kind credits) for the Third Year Action
Program of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
