AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2432 - Described as the W61.1 ft. of Lot 7 and
W61.1 ft. of S2, Lot 8, Block 427, Duvall's Addition. From: "E" Apartment
District to "E -1 -A" Nursing, Lodging and Undertaking District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2663 - Described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 181,
Original City. From: "D" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2666 - Described as the N2 of Lot 9, Block 300,
Original City. From: "G -1" Commercial District to "H" Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1616 - Described as being on the southeast
corner of Rodney Parham and Sunnymead Drive and more particularly described
as Lot 17 of Satterfield Addition (an unrecorded plat) less Tract E being
part of the said Lot 17 of Satterfield Addition in part of the SW4 NE4,
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as follows:
beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 17; thence northwesterly
along the common lines of said Lot 17 and Lot 31, Sunnymead Addition a
distance of 99.4 ft.; thence southeasterly 82.8 ft. to the easterly line
of said Lot 17, thence southwesterly 50.7 ft. to the point of beginning.

Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 35, W. E. Wright's Addition. From: "C" Two - family
District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (1) - Z -2646 - Described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 54,
Pulaski Heights Addition. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District to "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
