AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO DEFRAY THE
CITY'S SHARE OF THE DEFICIT OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS
TRANSIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $107,857.00 is hereby appropriated from
General Revenue Sharing Funds received by the City from the United
States Government to be used to defray the City's two- thirds share
of the deficit of Central Arkansas Transit for the year 1972 and
through June 1973. The remaining one -third of the deficit is to
be paid by the City of North Little Rock, Arkansas all in accordance
with an Agreement of the parties dated April 19, 1972.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
