ORDINANCE NO. 12,738
AN ORDINANCE CONDEMNING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO
BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AND PRO-
VIDING AN EASEMENT ACROSS SAID PROPERTY FOR THE
USE AND BENEFIT OF MODEL CITIES SECOND YEAR DRAIN-
AGE PROJECT; DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BRING
CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST SAID PARCEL OF
REAL PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The following described parcel of real property
is hereby condemned for the purpose of establishing and providing as
easement for the Little Rock Model Cities Second Year Drainage Project
and the City Attorney is hereby ordered and directed to file in the
proper courts a condemnation proceeding against the said parcel of
real property, which said property is described as follows:
Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block A, Harrington's Third
Industrial Addition; the South 14 feet of the
North 50 feet of Lot 9, the South 12 feet of
the North 50 feet of Lot 10, and the South 20
feet of the North 62 feet of Lot 11.
This property appears to be owned by Rosie Maye Hudspeth,
6501 East 47th Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The property hereinabove described is necessary to the public
for the purpose of establishing and providing an easement for the Model
Cities Second Year Drainage Project.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
