ORDINANCE NO. 12,743
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2668 - Described as Lots 19, 20, 21, 22 and
232 Block 2, Strong and Waters Addition. From: "C" Two - family District to
"E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2670 - Described as Lot 2, Block 18, Bellevue
Addition. From: "A" One - family District to "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2669 - Described as part of the SE'k, NE'k,
Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, beginning 330 ft. west of the northeast corner
of SE'k, NE'k, south 196 ft. to the north line of the right -of -way of I -30,
north 89 °44' west 204.7 ft., south 83' 37' 464.76 ft. north to the north
line of the SE'k NE'k, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, east 665' to point of begin-
ning. From: "A" One - family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2672 - Described as beginning at the north-
east corner of NW'k of NWk of Section 11, thence west 726 ft.; thence south
300 ft.; thence east 726 ft.; thence north 300.0 to point of beginning;
less and except the north 50 ft.thereof, located in Section 11, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "A" One- family District to "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
