ORDINANCE NO. 12,744
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 4515 WESTERN HILLS BOULEVARD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1767 - Described as Tract A, a part of the NE4, Section 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the northeast corner of the SW4 NE4, Section 24, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence south along the west line of said SW4 NE4, Section 24, 1320.0
feet; thence west along the south line of said SW4 NE4, Section 24, 170.0 feet;
thence north and parallel to the west line of said SW4 NE4, Section 24, 1390.0

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map'? be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
