ORDINANCE NO. 12,752
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -1412 - Described as Lot 40, Garden Homes
Addition. From: "D" Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2681 - Described as Lots 12, 13 and 14, lying
south of MOP Railroad Right -of -way in Block 181, Original City. From: "D"
Apartment District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2680 - Described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5,
Deaf Mute Addition. From: "G -1" Commercial District to "I" Light Industrial
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2683 - Described as Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 192 20,
21 and 22, Block 1, Orlando Heights Addition. From: "B" Residence District
to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1116 - Described as the east 90 ft. of
Lots 19 and 20, Block 7, Lincoln Park Addition. From: "C" Two - family District
to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2682 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 11 and 12,
Block 5 Ruebel and Leymer Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "I"
Light Industrial District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2684 - Described as Lot 1, Block 8, Ruebel
and Leymer Addition. From: "B" Residence District to "I" Light Industrial
District.
Subsection (h) - Z -2382 - Described as the north 300 ft. of NW'k,
NE'k, SW'k, Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West. From: "F" Commercial
to "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (i) - Z -2687 - Described as Lot 3, Vogels Replat
No. 2. From: "A" One - family District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

full force from and after its passage and approval.
