AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO PAY INCREASED
MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK SALARIES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $2,540.00 is hereby appropriated from
the unexpended balances of the general fund to be used for the pay-
ment of increased salaries of the Court Clerks in the Little Rock
Municipal Courts for the remainder of the calendar year 1973 all
as required and provided for by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
