AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE RESPONSIBILITY FROM FEDERAL
REGIONAL COUNCIL FOR CHIEF EXECUTIVE REVIEW AND COMMENTS;
APPROPRIATING $8,500.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
OF THE GENERAL FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts the responsibility
from Federal Regional Council for Chief Executive Review and Comments.
SECTION 2. The sum of $8,500.00 is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used for remodeling and
rehabilitating office space in the basement of City Hall to house personnel
necessary in carrying out the responsibilities as required in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
