AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 11100 THROUGH 11500 BLOCKS
OF RODNEY PARHAM ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1711 - Described as beginning at the southwest corner of
Lot 16, Block 37, Pleasant Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence S 67° 25' 04" E. for a distance of 327.43 ft.
to a point; thence S 72° 12' 39" E., for a distance of 121.65 ft. to a point;
thence S 81° 47' 49" E., for a distance of 121.65 ft. to a point; thence S 880
36' 27" E. for a distance of 51.26 ft. to a point; thence N 89° 22' 30" E.
for a distance of 685.58 ft. to a point; thence S 01° 56' 40" W. for a
distance of 511.90 ft. to a point on the north right -of -way of Rodney Parham
Road; thence N 89° 11' 50" W. along the north right -of -way line of Rodney
Parham Road for a distance of 53.15 ft. to the point of curvature of a curve
to the right having an internal angle of 14° 58' 0011, a radius of 914.93'and
a tangent of 120.18 ft.; thence westerly along said curve to the right for a
distance of 239.00 ft. to the point of tangency thereof; thence N 74° 15' 20" W.
for a distance of 933.89 ft. to the point of curvature of a curve to the left
having an internal angle of 6° 55' 50 ", a radius of 756.20 ft. and a tangent
of 45.79 ft.; thence westerly along said curve to the left for a distance of
91.47 ft. to the point of curvature of a curve to the right, said curve to
the right having an internal angle of 85° 57' 46". a radius of 25 ft. and a
tangent of 23.3 ft.; thence westerly and northerly along said curve to the
right for a distance of 37.51 ft. to the point of tangency thereof, said
point being on the east right -of -way line of Hidden Valley Drive; thence
N 040 46' 35" E. along the east right -of -way line of Hidden Valley Drive for
a distance of 217.40 ft. to the point of curvature of a curve to the right;
said curve having an internal angle of 08° 48' 21 ", a radius of 851.47 ft.,
and a tangent of 65.56 ft.; thence northerly along said curve to the right
for a distance of 130.86 ft. to the point of tangency thereof; thence N 130
34' 5611 E. for a distance of 5.45 ft. to the point of beginning. Said tract
containing 12.000 acres, more or less. From: "E -1" Quiet Business District
To: "F" Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
