ORDINANCE NO. 12,797
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A TRACT OF LAND IN
THE SW4 SE4, SECTION 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING SITUATED IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2745 - Tract 30, Triangle Properties Industrial Subdivision,
A tract of land located in the SWh SE4, Section 35,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Starting at the Northeast corner of the NE4 SE4,
said Section 35; thence N 010 31' 20 "E, 40.0 ft.
to a point on the South right -of -way line of Inter-
state Route no. 30: thence S 620 36' W along said
South right -of -way line 2042.2 ft. to the North-
west corner of Lot 8, Triangle Properties Industrial
District; thence S 270 24' E along the West property
line of said Lot 8 (and said West line extended
Southeasterly) 550.0 ft. to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Distribution Drive; thence S 62°
36' W along said South right -of -way line 360.0 ft. to
a point on the West right -of -way line of Production
Drive; thence S 270 24'E along said West right -of -way
line, 50.0 ft. to the point of beginning of the tract
of land described herein; thence continue S 270 24' E
along said West right -of -way line of Production Drive
119.95 ft; thence continue Southeasterly along said
West right -of -way line, being the arc of a 543 ft.
radius curve to the right., having a chord bearing and
distance of S 210 24'E, 115.7 ft.; thence S 620 36' W,
442.75 ft.; thence N 270 24' W 285.0 ft. to a point on
the South right -of -way line of Distribution Drive; thence
N 620 36' E along said South right -of -way line 405.0 ft.;
thence Easterly and continuing along said South right -
of -way line being the arc of a 50 ft. radius curve to the
right, having a chord bearing and distance of S720 24'E,
70.71 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 2.95
acres, more or less. From A -1 Family District To:

SECTION 2. That the map referred�to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
"District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
