ORDINANCE NO. 12,960
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z- 1143 -A - Described as Lots 11 and 12,
Block 19, Original City. From: "D" Apartment To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home,
Lodging, and Undertaking District; and Lots 5 and 6, Block 19, Original City,
except the south 60 ft. of the east 50 ft. thereof. From: "E" Apartment
District To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging, and Undertaking District; and
the west 43 ft. of Lot 7, Block 19, Original City and the west 43 ft. of the
south 25 ft. of Lot 8, Block 19, Original City. From: "D" Apartment To:
"E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging, and Undertaking District.
Subsection (b) - Z- 2004 -A - Described as Lots 1 through
4 of Scott Street Subdivision. From: "D" Apartment and "E-1" Quiet Business
District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z- 2281 -A - Described as part of the SW'k
SWk, Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: commencing at the southwest corner SW'k SW'k, Section 35, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W; thence north along the east right -of -way line of Reservoir Road
456.17' to the point of beginning; thence continue north along said east
right -of -way line a distance of 443.0'; thence S89° WE 413.0'; thence
south 277.75'; thence N89° 43'W 149.30';thence S28° 48' W 101.13'; thence
S700 17' W 228.50' to the point of beginning, containing 3.308 acres more or
less. From: "D" Apartment District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z- 2713 -A - Described as Lots 3 and 4,
Rustic Pine Amended Plat Addition. From: "A" One - family District To:
"E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2864 - Described as part of the SE'k NW'k
NE'k, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, being more particularly described as follows:
beginning at a point which is 62.30' north of the southwest corner of said
SE'k NWk NE'k; thence north 145' to a point; thence east 227.3' to a point;

thence south 177.3' to the north right -of -way line of the Little Rock Express-
way; thence N80' 58' west along said right -of -way 229.08' to the point of
beginning. From: "A" One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet- Business District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2873 - Described as part of the SEk
SEk, Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: beginning at a point on the east line of and 682.7 ft. north
of the southeast corner of said SEk SE-k; thence north 194.3 ft. to a point,
which point is 877 ft. north of the southeast corner of said SEk SEk as
measured along the east line of said SEk SEk; thence N85° 50' W 281.5 ft. to
• point; thence S81° 25' W 113 ft. to a point; thence S43° 12' E 194 ft. to
• point; thence S75° 25' E 266 ft. to the point of beginning, all in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and that all improvements are located as shown below, and
that there are no encroachments. From: "A" One - family District To: "I"
Light Industrial District.
Subsection (g) - Z- 2733 -B - Described as Lot 22, Block 1,
Barber Avenue Subdivision. From: "B" Residence District To: "I" Light
Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
