AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR A HUD
COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
TO BE REIMBURSED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $17,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the General Fund as advance
funds to defray expenses of the HUD Management Studies. Such
funds expended will be reimbursed to the City by Hud at a
future date.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
