AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,120.00 FROM FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS FOR FUNDING THE 1974 SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $50,120.00 is hereby appropriated from Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds to defray the cost of the 1974 Summer Recreation Program
in the City of Little Rock pending receipt of federal grant funds provided
for such purpose. Such amounts of said appropriation as is expended shall
be refunded to the Federal Revenue Sharing Funds when the grant funds for
this purpose are received by the City.
SECTION 2. This- Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
