AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6800 AND 6900 BLOCKS
WEST 35TH AND 36TH STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2839 - Described as Lots 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and
12, all in Block 7, Interurban Heights Addition and Lot 3, Block 8
Interurban Heights Addition. From: "A" One - family District To: "D"
Apartment District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
