AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2832 - Described as Lots 11 and 12,
Block 12, Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
From: "A" One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2834 - Described as the S100 ft of Lot 8
of a subdivision in the S2 NE'k NE'k, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W. From: "A"
One - family District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2844 - Described as all that part of the
south 32 acres of the north 92 acres of the E2 of the SE'k of the NE'k lying
south of Queensboro Drive in Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; more particularly described as: starting at the northeast corner
of Lot 2, Allendale Subdivision, said corner being on the south right -of -way
line of Queensboro Drive; thence N890 03' E along said south right -of -way
line 96.0 ft. to the point of beginning of the tract of land described
herein; thence continue N890 03' E along said south right -of -way line 596.4 ft.
to a point on the west right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road; thence SO*
33' E 30 ft. west of and parallel with the centerline of said Geyer Springs
Road 90.75 ft.; thence S88' 31' W 595.1 ft.; thence N010 26' W 96.35 ft. to
the point of beginning, containing 1.28 acres more or less. From: "A" One -
family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z- 2733 -A - Described as Lots 23 and 24,
Barber Avenue Addition. From: "F" Commercial District To: "I" Light
Industrial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2830 - Described as Lot 8, Dr. R. L. Saxon
Subdivision. From: "B" Residence District To: "D" Apartment District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
