ORDINANCE NO 12,934
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$87,444.13 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
OF THE STREET FUND TO REIMBURSE MODEL
CITIES ACCOUNT FOR ADVANCES TO THE LEGACY
OF PARKS PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $87,444.13 is hereby appropriated
from the unexpended balance of the Street Fund to be transferred
and paid over to the Model Cities account to fund the Legacy
of Parks program in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
