ORDINANCE NO. 12,916
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2816 - Described as Lot 1, Stannus Sub-
division of Aikens Subdivision of Lot 10, Block 7, Centennial Addition to
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "C" Two - family District To:
"E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2817 - Described as Lot 6, Block 2, Sidney
J. Johnson's Addition to Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "B"
Residence District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2821 - Described as part of the S2 NE'k
SEk NE'k, Sec. 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
described as beginning at a point 330 ft. south and 35 ft. west of the
northeast corner of the NE2 SE2 NE2; thence west 324 ft.; thence south
100 ft.; thence east 204 ft.; thence north 50 ft.; thence east 120 ft.;
thence north 50 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.606 acres, more
or less; and, part of the S2 NE2 SE2 NE'k, Section 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; described as beginning at a point 380 ft.
south and 35 ft. west of the northeast corner of the NE2 SE'k NE'k; thence
west 120 ft.; thence south 100 ft.; thence east 120 ft.; thence north
100 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.275 acres, more or less.
From: "A" One- family District To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z- 1429 -A - Described as beginning at the
northwest corner of Block 9 of Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; thence north along the east line of Garfield Street
20.0 ft.; thence S88' 52' E 144.0 ft.; thence south 328.0 ft.; thence N88°
52' W 144.0 ft. to the east line of Garfield Street; thence north along
the said east line 308.0 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 1.084
acres, more or less. From: "D" Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.

Subsection (e) - Z- 2164 -A - Described as the north 25 ft.
of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 7, Ferndale Addition, and the west 10 ft. of
Lot 6, Block 7, Ferndale Addition to Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. From: "H" Business District To: "B" Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
