AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $120,000.00
FROM FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS TO BE USED FOR
PAYING THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE DEFICIT FOR OPERATING
CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $120,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from Federal Revenue Sharing Funds to be used throughout 1974
for the purpose of paying the City's share monthly of the de-
ficit in the operation and maintenance of Central Arkansas
Transit. As monthly statements for such deficit are received
by the City, the City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to disburse the City's share of such deficit.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
