ORDINANCE NO. 12,903
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 5600 BLOCK W. I -630 IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
- SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2723 - Described as the E'k of the NE'k SWk SWk of Section 6,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W except the four following described tracts: (1) beginning at
the northeast corner of said SWk SWk; thence run S1° 28' 19" W a distance of
56.97 ft. to a point; thence S75' 58' 59" W a distance of 23.40 ft. to a
point; thence N88° 09' 09" W a distance of 117.06 ft. to a point; thence
N26' 05' 09" E a distance of 60.63 ft. to a point; thence N46' 48' 29" E a
distance of 11.74 ft. to a point on the north property line; thence S88° 14'
41" E a distance of 105.90 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.18
acres more or less. (2) beginning at the northwest corner of said SWk SWk;
thence run S87° 57' 32" E a distance of 1081.82 ft. to the point of begin-
ning; thence continue S87° 57' 32" E a distance of 272.20 ft. to a point in
the centerline of Coleman Creek; thence S46' 43' 03" W 14.46 ft. along said
centerline to a point; thence S250 59' 43" W a distance of 61.54 ft. along
said centerline to a point on the south right -of -way line of the East -West
Expressway; thence N88' 12' 37" W a distance of 65.11 ft. along said right-
of-way to a point; thence S85° 29' 08" W a distance of 174.62 ft. along
said right -of -way to a point; thence N3' 04' 43" E a distance of 86.53 ft.
to the point of beginning. (3) also, a tract of land five (5) ft. in width
running generally east and west and lying south of, adjacent to, and parallel
to the south right -of -way line of the East -West Expressway, the eastern
boundary of said tract being the centerline of Coleman Creek and the western
boundary thereof being S3' 04' 43" W a distance of 91.53 ft. from the point
of beginning of the tract of land described in the immediately preceding
paragraph (said point of beginning being S87' 57' 32" E a distance of 1081.82
feet from the northwest corner of said SWk SWk). (4) also, a tract of land
beginning at the southeast corner of the NE'k SWk SWk; thence north on the
east line a distance of 50.0 ft. to an iron pin; thence west parallel with
the south side of said east one -half of the NE'k SWk SWk a distance of 170 ft.;

thence south a distance of 50.0 ft.; thence east a distance of 170 ft. to
the point of beginning. From: "A" One - family and "F" Commercial District
To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
