ORDINANCE NO. 12,902
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING NORTHEAST CORNER ALEXANDER ROAD
AT SARDIS ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2775 - Described as a tract of land located in the S'k and in
the SE'k NE'k, Section 9 and in the SWk, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as: beginning at the
southeast corner of said Section 9; thence S88° 10' W on the south line of
said Section 9 and the centerline of Alexander Road 3167.20 ft.; thence NO'
37' W 1948.32 ft. to the south right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad; thence N80' 01' E on said right -of -way 728.29 ft. to the point of
beginning of a spiral transition to the left; thence N79° 26' 50" E on the
long chord of said spiral transition 186.48 ft. to the point of curvature of
a 3147.11 ft. radius curve to the left having a chord distance and bearing
of N66° 59' 30" E 1235.13 ft.; thence on the arc of said curve 1243.20 ft.
to the point of a spiral transition to the left; thence N54° 32' 10" E on
the long chord of said spiral transition 186.48 ft. to the point of tangency;
thence N53° 58' E and continuing on said right -of -way 1234.00 ft.; thence
south 676.07 ft.; thence N87' 58' 08" E 2613.60 ft.; thence S1° 36' 21" E
283.38 ft.; thence S88° 59' 49" W 416.80 ft.; thence SO' 02' 44" E 1049.06 Ft.;

One - family District To: "K" Heavy Industrial District, less and except the
northern 283 ft. of the easternmost 416 ft. From: "A" One - family District
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
