AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $17,000.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND TO DEFRAY THE COST AND EXPENSES RELATED TO
THE DEMOLITION OF SUBSTANDARD HOUSES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $17,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used
in defraying the cost involved in condemning and razing sub-
standard houses in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
