ORDINANCE NO. 12,894
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -2792 - Described as Lots 5 and 6. Block 20,
Sidney J. Johnson's Addition to Little Rock. From: "A" One - family District
To: "C" Two - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2795 - Described as Parcel 1, a tract of
land located in the N2 SE'k NW2 NE'k, Sec. 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: starting at the northeast corner
N2 SE'k NW'2 NE'k said Sec. 32; thence west along the north line of said N2 SE2
NWk NE'k 282.0 ft. to the point of beginning; thence SO' 10'W 150.0 ft.; thence
west 100.0 ft.; thence NO 10'E 147.9 ft. to a point on the south right -of -way
line of Interstate 30; thence northeasterly along said south right -of -way line,
being the arc of a 5930 ft. radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing

point of beginning, containing 0.34 acres more or less; and Parcel 2, a tract

Arkansas, more particularly described as: starting at the southeast corner of

as follows: beginning at an iron pin which is the southeast corner of the-
V-2 Vi NV-4 N04 of said Sec. 33; thence N 890 37' W along the south line of said
NE4 NW-4 223.5 ft. to a cotton spindle; thence N 000 23' E 652.8 ft.; (deed
660.0 ft.); thence S 890 31' E 223.5 ft. to the east line of said W1-1 A NFh
W6 ; thence S 000 23' W along said east line 652.8 ft. (deed 660.0 ft.) to the
point of beginning, containing 3.35 acres, from "A" One- family District to

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
