AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING FUNDS IN PAYMENT OF THE CITY'S
SHARE OF THE DEFICIT IN OPERATING EXPENSES FOR
CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds the sum of $46,672.50 to be paid over to Metroplan
as the City's share of the unaudited deficit in operating expenses
for Central Arkansas Transit through December 31, 1973.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
