ORDINANCE NO. 12,880
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUMS FROM THE GENERAL
AND STREET FUNDS OF THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE IN
SAID ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR 1973 TO CERTAIN CAUSES
AND PROJECTS TO BE CONSUMMATED AND PROVIDED FOR
IN THE YEAR 1974; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unexpended
balances in the General and Street Funds respectively for the
year 1973 together with anticipated income from investment of
said funds those amounts and for those special projects num-
bered 1 through 10, all as reflected by Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof the same as though set out
herein word for word.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.

(1) City obligated to pay this amount for its 1/3 local share of 18 -45
passenger air conditioned buses.
(2) $300,000 of these funds will be utilized to meet the City's share

used to match federal .funds received under the Urban Streets Act.
