AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$14,000.00 FROM THE LITTLE ROCK PORT
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO BE USED FOR PAYMENT
OF ARCHITECT FEES FOR THE PORT FIRE
STATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $14,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Little Rock Port Construction Fund to be used for
payment of Architect's fee due Fletcher, Miller & Deane, Inc.
for services rendered and to be rendered from time to time for
plans, specifications and inspections pursuant to an employment
contract for a fire station to be located in the Little Rock
Port Industrial District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
