128751 � �► ORDINANCE NO. 12,875 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated: Subsection (a) - Z- 2767 -A - Described as the N'k of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12, Block 2, Retan Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas. From: "C" Two - family District To: "F" Commercial District. Subsection (b) - Z -2776 - Described as part of Tract 4 of Home Acres Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas; more particularly described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner of the said Tract 4 of Home Acres; thence run east 300 ft. to a point of beginning; thence run east 150 ft. to a point; thence run south 305 ft. to a point on the north line of Forbing Road; thence run along said road west 150 ft. to a point; thence run north 305 ft. to the point of beginning, containing in all 1.05 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family and "F" Commercial District To: "I" Light Industrial District. Subsection (c) - Z -2778 - Described as part of Blocks 10 and 11, Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas including part of Jane Street closed by Ordinance #12275 being more particularly described as follows: beginning at the northwest corner of Block 10, Intercity Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence easterly along the north line of said Block 10 and a line of Block 11 of said addition for 350.0 ft.; thence northerly along a line of Block 11 of said addition for 150.0 ft. to a point, said point being 200.0 ft. southerly from the north line of said Block 11; thence easterly along a line that is 200.0 ft. southerly from and parallel to the north line of said Block 11 for 299.25 ft. (platted 300.0 ft.) to a point on the east line of said Block 11; thence southerly along the said east line of Block 11 for 627.9 ft.; thence by a deflection angle to the right of 101° 59' from the last described course for 8.1 ft.; thence by a deflection angle of 75' 12' to the right from the last described course for 71.6 ft.; thence by a deflection angle to the left of 92° 13' from the last described course for 472.4 ft.; thence by a deflection angle to the y left of 100 02' from the last described course for 155.5 ft. to a point on the west line of Block 10, Intercity Addition; thence northerly along the said west line of Block 10 for 338.7 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 6.25 acres more or less. From: "A" One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District. Subsection (e) - Z -2748 - Described as the N 56.8 ft. of Lot 1, Block 1, Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas. From: "C" Two - family District To: "F" Commercial District. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
