AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY TiE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a)'- Z -2770 - Described as Nk of Lots 1 and 2,

Block 2, Garland's Addition. From: "C" Two - family District To: "I" Light
Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2743 - Described as Lots 2R, 3R and 4R,
being a replat of Lot 1, Windamere Apartment Subdivision, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. From: "D" Apartment District To: "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
