AN ORDINANCE EXERCISING OPTIONS TO PURCHASE
FOUR PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY; APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FROM FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING ACCOUNT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby exercises the
options to purchase the following described parcels of property
situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, for the sums set forth
following each such description and the City Manager and Dir-
ector of Finance are hereby authorized to make payment of the
said purchase prices to the person or persons entitled thereto
according to the opinion of the City attorney so as to vest fee
simple title to the City of Little Rock:

Commencing at the NE corner of NW4 SW4, Section 9,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W thence south 010 48' 30" W 338 feet,
thence west 15 feet to the point of beginning,
thence N 870 58' 30" W 165.25 feet to a point, thence
north 81.11 feet to a point, thence east 165.25 feet
to a point, said point being 83.2 feet north of the
point of beginning, thence south 83.2 feet to the
point of beginning. (Option purchase price $11,000.00)
Part of the NW4 SW4 Section 9, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East R/W line
of Jones Street with the South R/W line of Wright
Avenue (Asher Avenue) run N 660 44' 30" E 123.90
feet along said South R/W line to a point; thence
run N 640 00' 30" E 24.66 feet along said South R/W
line to a point; thence run S 020 01' 30" W 202.95
feet to a point; thence run N 870 58' 30" W 133.39
feet to a point on East R/W line of Jones Street
extended; thence run N 010 49' 30" 138.22 feet along
said extension to the point of beginning. Area con-
taining 0.522 Acres more or less.

Commencing at the NE corner of NW4 SW4 Section 9,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W run south 338 feet along the east
line of the West # of the SW4, Section 9 to a point;
thence run west 15 feet.to a point; thence run north
133.22 feet to a point which is the point of beginning;
thence run west 100 feet to a point; thence run north
62.5 feet to a point; thence run east 100 feet to a
point; thence run south 63 feet to the point of
beginning. (Option purchase price $7,700.00)

Commencing at the NE corner of NA, SW4, Section 9,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W, run southerly 338 feet along the
east line of the West �, SW4, Section 9 to a point;
thence run westerly 15 feet to a point; thence nor-
therly 83.22 feet to a point which is the point of
beginning; thence run west 100 feet to a point;
thence run north 50 feet to a point; thence run
easterly 100 feet to a point; thence run southerly
50 feet to the point of beginning. (Option purchase
price $8,250.00)
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from Federal
Revenue Sharing funds the sum of $41,590.00 of which the sum
of $40,590.00 is to be used in payment of the option purchase
price and the sum of $1,000.00 is to be used for the purpose
of paying expenses related to the purchases of all of said
parcels identified in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
