AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 100 SOUTH RODNEY PARHAM
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMEND-
ING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2727 - Described as a tract of land described as part of the
N23 SWk NEk., Sec. 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, now in the City of Little Rock, in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: beginning
at a concrete monument on the south line of the N2, SWk NWk at a point 200 ft.
east of the southwest corner for said N2, SWk NWk; thence north 325 ft. to a
point that is 200 ft. east of the west line of the N2 SWk NEk; thence N88'
031 E 60.4 ft. to a point; thence N26' 19' E 139.7 ft. to a point on the
south right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence S64' 471E along said
south right -of -way 100 ft.; thence S21' 06' W 112.5 ft. to an iron pin;
thence S1' 29' W 104.0 ft. to an iron pin; 1.ence N88' 06' E 95.1 ft.; thence
easterly on a 138.44 ft. radius curve to the left 30.9 ft., more or less, to
the intersection with a strip of land dedicated as a public street, as shown
by the plat of Sunnymeade Addition to Little Rock; thence across said street
50.0 ft. to the opposite right -of -way; thence westerly on a 188.44 ft. radius
curve to the right 42.1 ft. more or less to a point; thence S88' 06' W 58.0
ft. to a point; thence S1' 341 E 150.0 ft. to the south line of said N2, Sw'k,
NWk; thence west along said south line 200 ft. to the point of beginning.

Little Rock, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at an iron pin at the southwest corner of said N2, SWk,
NEk; thence north along the west line of the N2, SWk, NEk, 325.0 ft. to an
iron pin which is 334.6 ft. south of the mrthwest corner of the SWk, NEk of
Sec. 2; thence N89' 18' east 200.0 ft. to an iron pin; thence south 325.0 ft.
to a concrete monument on the south line of the N2, SWk, NEk; thence west along
said south line 200.0 ft. to the point of beginning. From: "A" One - family
District to: "F" Commercial District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
