AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$10,000.00 AS THE CITY'S SHARE TO DEFRAY
THE COST OF AN AREA TRANSPORTATION STUDY
TO BE CONDUCTED BY METROPLAN; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $10,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the street fund to be
paid as the City's share of the cost of an Area Transpor-
tation Study to be conducted by Metroplan, the total cost
of which is to be supplemented by a grant from the United
States Department of Transportation.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
