AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING STREET FUNDS TO BE
USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF A SIGN ORDINANCE STUDY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $10,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to be used
for the purpose of a Sign Ordinance Study. This study is being
conducted by Garver & Garver, Engineers, in accordance with a
contract authorized by the Board of Directors in Resolution #5,020
adopted June 19, 1973.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
